About the Author

Donna Fantacone, a native of Belleville, New Jersey, has lived in Clifton, New Jersey for almost thirty years. She was a corporate safety officer for more than twenty years and earned an English degree from William Paterson University. She was also a first responder, is a Rutgers Certified Master Gardener, and the daughter of a retired police officer.

Francesca Leipzig Picone, a native of Manhattan, grew up in Trenton, New Jersey. She graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in graphic design and has worked as a graphic designer for many years. She has also participated in numerous photography exhibitions and has worked as a muralist. She lives in New Jersey.
