When their socks continually go missing in the dryer, a family decides a mysterious and hungry sock monster must be gobbling up their favorite socks!

When the mother tries to fool the monster in the dryer by pinning the socks together or by washing them by themselves, she soon discovers that the sock monster is not just eating their socks, but also hiding them in the craziest of places. Will they ever be able to catch that sneaky sock monster?

In this delightful children’s story that encourages imaginative thinking, a family attempts to find a mysterious and hungry monster they believe is snatching socks from their dryer.

About the Author

Valeen Hall has worked in education for most of her career. She currently resides with her family in Texas where she is continually inspired by ideas for new stories. The Sock Monster is her first children’s book.

Erin E Baldree loves to inspire the imagination with her pictures. While she enjoys fine art, her greatest passion is illustration. Erin currently resides with her husband and children in Alabama.
