Twink E. Twinkle's life began in a foster home. She had to learn very quickly how to survive, so she became a warrior pug--until she got into a fight. Twink was sent to a dog shelter, tagged as an aggressive dog, incapable of rehabilitation. Along came Mary Lynne, and although she was nervous at first, she eventually welcomed Twink into her home and taught her that being a warrior wasn't necessary.
The Twinkling self-learn training guide provides readers with the basic skills needed to build a successful pet therapy team partnership. The exercises outlined are time-tested and proven spiritual, mental, and physical practices that put you and your dog on the path to success. Mary Lynne Berard concluded her career with the Department of Defense, and she was awarded a medal in recognition of her distinguished achievements. She is now dedicated to helping dogs. She currently lives in West Palm Beach, Florida.
