Author Katrina C. Chin Loy is a mom and physician. She wrote this book to explain to her daughter the coming arrival of her baby sibling. She resides in Washington, DC, with her husband, Anthony, and their daughter, Noelani.
Illustrator Tiffany del Fierro is a licensed art therapist who owns Brick and Mortar Creative Arts Therapy Studio. She and her husband, George, live in New York with their son, Quentin.
