About the Book
Grandpa and grandma lived on a farm out in the country. Their grandchildren loved to visit them. While grandpa worked hard in his orchard, grandma tended her garden and baked everything, including the yummy pies.
Each month, the grandchildren visited their grandparents. Grandpa was always busy in the orchard, watering, spraying, and tending to the trees. They couldn’t wait to see what kind of scrumptious pie grandma would create for Christmas dinner with the harvest from the orchard. Would it be cherry? Would it be peach? Would it be banana? Or, would it be apple?
When December and the Christmas holiday arrived, the kids were very surprised when they discovered exactly what grandpa had been busy growing in his orchard.
