About the Book
It’s an ordinary day. Well, at least it starts out that way. You’re outside, having breakfast like you do every morning. But then a visitor comes by, and it’s no longer just another, same old type of day. Author Danby Whitmore’s Turkey Comes to Breakfast starts with that ordinary day. The animals are eating their breakfasts when Turkey comes by. As he shares breakfast, he tells the others about his journey and the fun he’s had. Will they want to go with him as he continues his travels after breakfast? How can people convince them that not everyone is meant to leave home and travel the countryside? Turkey Comes to Breakfast is a fun read for young readers. They will also learn how important home and family can be.
About the Author
Danby Whitmore purchased six acres before her children came home to her. In that time before children, many animals came to live with her, including goats, chickens, guinea fowl, geese, rabbits, horses, dogs and cats.
