When Kathy Stubblefield stepped into the feed barn to get some hay, she was surprised to discover two eggs on the wood floor. They were bigger than chicken eggs and smaller than goose eggs, with brown speckles all over. She knew they would never have a chance, even if the mother bird came back. Stubblefield decided to incubate them to see what would happen. Two little furry bonbons with black beaks and three little toes emerged.
In Chronicles of Nevermore and Forevermore, she shares her adventure with the two vultures she raised straight from the eggs. This story chronicles the growth of the birds and their lives with Stubblefield. She describes her wonderful experience and the wonders of two of God's creations.
