About the Book

Obtaining a listing and planting a For-Sale yard sign and attending a closing are typical measurements of success in the real estate industry. Technology is violently changing the behavior of buyers , sellers , realtors , bankers , escrow agents and inspectors. However, the essence of the industry ( and key to success ) remains the same : happiness and belonging for families and communities. Nicusanti reveals poignant insights from her career and aims to stimulate your imagination about how to craft/curate your real estate career.
