Lost, in a rut, bored, searching, curious or just undecided about what you were put on earth to do or what career path should you take? Take a second and just think about it? Am I wasting away at a dead end job with no real options. Can I see myself working here for the next ?? years.
My mission in writing this book was to open the eyes of anyone who always wanted to start a business and invest in real estate but never knew how to get started. I wanted to show that there are many more options to the daily grind, working in a job you dislike ,with people you would never invite to any of your barbecues.
There must be more to life than just punching a clock and working the same old job till you might get the chance to retire in 25 years. Why is this the norm. Millions and millions of people stuck working in lifeless environments doing the same job they can't tolerate. Everyone seems to always be complaining about their jobs. Why is it that so many people just settle into something that end up hating?
Then I was thinking. Is there a way to be satisfied even joy full or having a feeling of accomplishment when working? Or is this just some out of touch fantasy people have.
I found this group of people that are constantly excited about working. Every day feels like Friday to this group. They have a completely different way of viewing their work. They find their work extremely satisfying. They get excited and even look forward to Mondays. They have goals, vision and a unique outlook when it comes to their work. They want to not only change people's lives; they want to change the entire world. They found out what makes them unique and turned it into something great that everyone can benefit from.
This group of people never answer to just one boss, they answer to hundred even thousands of different bosses called customers. They know if the customer is happy then they get paid and paid well.
I tackle these topics by building a case that anyone can have a great chance of being successful when it comes to starting their own business.
What does it really take to find a niche and build something that will give you the cash needed to invest into other areas such as real estate?
I have not met a person yet who has not had a dream of being their own boss, running their own company, buying or flipping real estate , developing then selling something to the whole world and in the process begin building a large cash machine that pays all your expenses each and every month.
Starting with your net worth at Zero is it possible to retire a multimillionaire? How do you not only build wealth but build wealth that last’s? Wealth that transfers to the next generation. Wealth that can be used to help others better their lives.
Not everyone will be able to go to college to get a degree that will take a lifetime to pay off. Even if you go that route, you’re not guaranteed that dream job will be waiting for you when you graduate.
So why does everyone rush to put such an emphasis on going to college? My son will have the chance to go to college if that's what it takes to train him for the career he picks. I'm not against it. What I am against is the outrageous cost associated with any college degree that will take a lifetime to pay off.
1st Generation Rich is my title for this reason. I saw my best friend’s dad build an empire from scratch. With no help, no college degrees and no safety nets to catch him if he were to fail. His story was so impressive, It motivated me to begin my personal journey searching and digging so I could found out how he was able to take such a simple idea and turn it into a pot of gold. He built a very large cash machine that paid him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This provided him and his family with many great options that gave them all true Freedom.
Sometimes some of the simplest ideas are right in front of you. Are you willing to take the time to look? Just open your eyes. Wealth is floating all around you. What does it take to find your great idea? Do you have the stick-to-itiveness until you start seeing success pop it’s head up?
Once you learn these principals and start applying them to your journey the only thing you will regret is that you didn’t start earlier!!!

About the Author
Mark J. Migliaccio was placed into a special education program in the second grade due to a learning disability and remained in the program until he graduated. He went on to go to college but dropped out before working a series of dead-end, minimum wage jobs. Then he remembered his best friend’s dad only had a third-grade education and was a very successful businessman and real estate investor, which inspired him to pursue a path of wealth not taught in public schools.
