Music elicits worship. Through the unspeakable gift of music, the soul is called into meaningful, fulfilling, exhilarating harmony with God’s total truth. Human nature is led on melody’s wings to taste of bliss and perfection. The mind is shifted from mediocrity and tiring cares to simple beauty and exciting potentiality. The heart is lifted above chaos, hopelessness, and death to order, to faith, to life, and, indeed, to God God’s-self!
Music expresses worship. Being an unspeakable gift, the gift speaks most eloquently. What rhetoric cannot enumerate, where homiletics falls short, music enunciates, because music is the language of the heart and soul! As music awakens the heart to see God in God’s fullness, so it teaches and enables the soul and all that is within to bless the Lord—to bless God’s holy name!

About the Author
The author is blessed with the gift and heritage of music and the ministry of the Word. His father was a renown gospel musician, evangelist and pastor in their native Liberia. The author inherited the gifts of song and communication; and he has developed them through theological education and over forty years of service as a Christian musician and preacher! He has served as Choir Director at a local church; and has had the privilege of ministering as a member of the Seminary Quartet, in several choral groups, and as a soloist. The author holds graduate degrees in Divinity and Theological Education. His ministry in global Christian missions has afforded him the privilege of preaching and singing in countries from Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Estonia, France, the Republic of Georgia, Hungary, . . . and Kenya, Liberia, Mozambique, . . . and Romania, Serbia, Togo, Uganda, . . . to Zambia!
