About the Author
This book initially began as a workshop designed by four (4) indomitable women who came together to create the perfect woman. The perfect woman is spiritually grounded, thinks clearly, is physically conscious, and she uses those attributes to pursue her goals. The workshop became a catalyst to spark conversations surrounding trauma and self-care. Each author has a passion to help women transition from pain to purpose and from gossip to growth.
Deidra is a native Houstonian, God-fearing wife, mother of two (2), leader in Criminal Justice, Realtor (Team Lead), Amazon Best-Selling Author, and Podcaster. She is the queen of discipline and execution.
Genesis is a native Houstonian self-proclaimed Raptivist, Licensed Psychotherapist, Motivational Speaker, Author, Entrepreneur and Podcaster. Her specialty is healing through creative arts.
Patrina is a creative arts queen who holds several degrees in Fine Arts. She has spent twenty-plus years working in the nonprofit sector directing youth programs, coordinating special events, and producing performing arts projects.
Felishia is also a native Houstonian, who loves God, family and herself. She’s a mother of three (3) and grandmother of five (5). She is a choreographer/dancer and a Certified Health/Fitness Coach, specializing in glute training and women’s fitness. She is the queen of motion, encouraging physical activity through dance and exercise.
