About the Book

This is the first in a series of three books. This book reflects on the two oddball friends who rely on their friendship to get through some difficult times with humor, compassion, and fun! In this story they find themselves in a town with some pretty snobby folk. These two fun-loving friends create a great bond in friendship and teach a lesson to some “nosy ol hoots”. Their friendship continues to this day and they spend much of their time laughing and remembering great experiences with their kids and through many adventurous trips.

About the Author

Influenced by a love for words and poetry, the author grew up in a rocky mountain town with wonderful opportunities to explore the arts and realize the importance of education. The Cow & The Pelican series of stories (based on true characters) encourage both young and old to learn something new every day and remind us that the power of friendship is unwavering.
