About the Author
Candice Rosado has had a passion for all things literary her entire life. She vividly remembers going to the library as a young child and taking out books about Spot the dog. With a background in education and counseling, Candice knows of the importance that books can have in a child’s life. Candice is thrilled to have had her daughter’s illustrations accompany her writing in this book. Cassandra Star Manheimer has had a passion for art since she was a young girl and now works with a variety of mediums. This is her first published work using digitally created images. Cassandra’s love of reading was heavily influenced by her mother throughout her life and she is ecstatic to have worked on this book with her mom.
