All we have to do is look up and use our imaginations to find peace inside our hearts, especially after a loved one leaves us. But what is in the clouds?
In this rhyming inspirational story, children are led on a beautiful journey of inspiration and hope as they gaze at the sky and notice shapes in the clouds that remind them of special memories they shared, or had hoped to share, with their lost loved ones.
Chase-ing Clouds provides a gentle reminder for children to look up at the sky and clouds to find comfort in knowing they are never truly apart from their lost loved ones.
About the Author
Julie Brown is a creator, mother, and teacher who loves reading to her students and children. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in teaching from LeMoyne College. Julie resides in Upstate New York with her husband and two children.
Kara Lynn Daviau is an award-winning fine artist who earned a BFA and MS in art education from Syracuse University. She currently teaches high school art in a suburb of Syracuse, New York. Kara lives in Upstate New York with her two sons and basset hound.
