About the Book
It is springtime at HeavenWood, the home to many farm animals that include swans, horses, chickens, ducks and quail. Every year when the earth reawakens after a cold winter, new babies are born. Unlike most years when baby bison are born, one is left alone by a first-year young mom. Bison are by nature protective mothers and this baby will not survive without a mother. Will the baby find a forever mom before it’s too late? Inspired by a true story of adoption, Miracle is the tale of a baby bison’s journey and how she is welcomed into a new family.
