How do I connect, when I’m not sure who I am? A needle in a haystack, a grain among the sand. I’m embarrassed sometimes to be me, Thinking the thoughts I do. I’d change the way I felt, If I only knew how to. I’m inspired by my darkness, I’m shrouded in my sins. I try my best to be like others, Yet I lose, when others win. I cling to thoughts, of my own death, A reward to those who forgot. How I cared so much to be loved, That I tied myself in knots. Abraid of misconceptions, a rope that has no end… Which leads into a blackhole, A lonely wolf inside her den. I’m not anti-social. I long so much to be… Accepted by others, free of my own misery. I cannot change a thing about what makes me uniquely me, I still howl loudly at the moon and bathe myself in poetry. One day when I am gone, Others may come to look. It may be too late to really know me, Still I live forever through this book.

About the Book
This book is a poetic Anthology of a slow death of a relationship. A story about a woman who’s love helped her survive being abandoned with her three children during the 2020 pandemic. It’s a story of a woman who never gave up; She would become her own hero and write her way out.
