About the Book
Children fill countless hours building sand sculptures at the beach. By the end of the day, they are exhausted, dragging their pails and shovels back to the beach house. During the night they dream about the beautiful sculptures they built, only to find the next morning something magical happened where once those sculptures stood.
About the Author
Seventeen years ago, when Joe Boutin retired from a life in finance, he began to write, first fiction, then poetry, and now children’s literature. Dividing his time between Sanibel Island, Florida, and Vermont, he found ample imagery for this, his first book, based on bedtime stories created for his beloved grandchildren and written down at their insistence.
