Megan Hope is a senior HR executive with over 15 years of experience leading human resources across diverse industries, from early-stage startups to Fortune 200 companies. She holds advanced HR certifications and an MBA. She has spent her career championing the professional development of employees who enter the workforce without the networks, mentors, or family guidance that others take for granted. Megan knows this world firsthand. Born in Jamaica and immigrated to the United States in her late teens, she built her career through grit, intentionality, and the kind of self-directed growth she now teaches others, navigating corporate America, earning advanced credentials, and rising to senior leadership wthour a roadmap. That lived experience is the foundation of this book. She is the founder of The Unparented Project, nonprofit dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for professionals who are bukding careers without a net.
