About the Author
A native of Los Angeles, California, Henrietta Elmore-Smith has been employed as a collegiate administrator with the University of Southern California, where she also obtained her Master's Degree in Public Administration; conjunction served on the administrative staff of the Chancellor's Office at the University of California Los Angeles. She is a member of the League of Women Voters, the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the University Staff Club (USC), and the First A.M.E.
