About the Book
Barley is a beautiful, black, Labrador Retriever. Barley’s tail wag became famous because of the sheer strength and power in his excited wag. He can wag his tale like a sword. When he gets excited, and that happens a lot, he will wag his tail so hard sometimes it cuts it. If he is excited to see you, he can bruise you with that wag. Once he sliced a plant of mine like it had been cut with clippers. I knew I couldn’t write about cuts, bleeding, bruising and decapitated plants, so I went in the direction of what makes Barley’s tail wag. You and your children will love getting to know Barley and the emotions he experiences that cause his tail to wag in different ways.
About the Author
Penny Lovitt is a registered nurse. She owns a health care consulting company and resides in Dallas, TX and Hattiesburg, MS to be close to her grandchildren. She’s a lover of dogs, hers and her grand-dogs.
