About the Author
Monique Stokvis is a former air force Captain who has struggled with an eating disorder for over 50 years. She studied psychology and specifically eating disorders at the University of Manitoba. Her book aims to educate parents and their children, and offers hope to those who struggle with this disease. Monique volunteers for Breast Cancer Saskatchewan and a local animal shelter.
