I n 1987, divorced Texan, Lorenzo Hernandez, has spent two decades raising his daughter and helping run the family business. About the Author
After earning a B.A. in Education from Hiram College in Ohio, Jan went with her naval aviator husband to Florida where she taught school. Later, she earned an M.Ed. and learned to love sailing while living in Puerto Rico. She sold real estate in Virginia Beach before writing this novel.
