About the Book
Anxiety is both the hero and the villain of this book—a constant presence in our lives, whether we navigate society or solitude. It silently shapes who we are, influencing our thoughts, decisions, and behaviors, often without our conscious awareness. This book offers a multidisciplinary exploration of anxiety, grounded in scientific insights. Together, we will trace how anxiety has sculpted humanity from its earliest beginnings to the present day, examining its profound impact on our personal and collective evolution. By uncovering the mechanisms through which anxiety operates, we can harness its power to foster growth and transformation—both as individuals and as a species.
