About the Book
We are paying tribute to the great friends that I have met through out my 20 years in the Airforce and how fortunate I have been after retirement. My dad Joe N. Wimberly Sr. was a Purple Heart recipient, while my fantastic Uncle Fletcher Hardiman was a meticulous cook and a World War II naval veteran. We are also paying tribute to my friends Joe Everett, Kenneth Hopkins (Who was once in the Job Corps with George Foreman), and my great teammates in Greece Kevin Clairborne, Conrad Arts, Aaron Covington, Derrick Barber, Keith Maddox, and so many others. My life has been a blessing and reality is icing on the cake.
About the Author
I am a military veteran of twenty great years in the Air Force, and a thirty-year government employee. I have been blessed to live a wonderful life, and I met many great people along the way. It seems as if someone upstairs has guided me through the process of life because I tried so hard to mess things up. I believe that our lives must be for a special purpose, and I’m hoping that whoever reads this book will stay on course in a positive direction and blessings will be surely deserved.
