The Color of Water

About the Book

After being told she painted the ocean the wrong color, a child and father use memories of their travels to reflect on the different colors water can be. The realization that light and surroundings contribute to water color helps the child approach her own artwork with renewed confidence.

About the Author

Karen Morrow Durica has enjoyed a long career in teaching. Her son, Adam J. Durica owns his own remodel business doing design/build, and commissioned art. Both reside in Denver, CO, where they enjoy collaboration on children's books, family, and the Rocky Mountains.
