About the Book

Me the Yogini is for parents who want to introduce yoga to their young children. Parents can practice yoga through the story of the Yogini walking through the forest with their children. This truly is family yoga for everyone.

About the Author

Kim taught preschool yoga on Chicago’s Northshore for 15 year􀀀s. This book was written while she was teaching these classes. Yoga has a profound impact on all who practice and Kim found it wonderful to see the calming effect of teaching this book to young children􀀀􀀀. She hopes that parents will share this book with their children and experience the practice together. After teaching yoga and fi tness for 25 years, Kim became a RN and worked in the Emergency Room at several hospitals 2in Chicago. Nelia is an illustrator from Lviv, Ukraine, who has been drawing since childhood and graduated from art college as a painter. Passionate about art and people, she is also studying psychotherapy to better understand and support others, which enriches her creative approach.
