Buggy Bingo Blues is the second book in “The Tiger Beetle Band” children book series. The first book was “The Tiger Beetle Band: Good Vibrations” The Tiger Beetle Band had been invited to play at the football Super Bowl halftime show. This was a very big deal since millions of people watch the Super Bowl championship football game. Plus they would be paid very well and they could use the money. However, Buggy Bingo came down with the flu and would not be able to play the drums. The band had a big decision to make. Should they find a substitute drummer for Buggy Bingo or tell the Super Bowl people that they would have to find another band. In the end, they decided that they could not play without Buggy Bingo and that friends were more important than money.

About the Author

Marty Funcell has a passion for writing. He has fond memories of reading to his young daughter when he put her to bed. This inspired his interest in children’s books. He is also a songwriter, and his Cycle or Love and One More Wave CDs are available from all the online music stores and streaming services such as Amazon and Spotify. He resides in San Jose, California and enjoys tennis, pickleball and golf.
