Theresa has been a dietitian for 30 years. While completing her graduate degrees in Nutrition, she studied Functional Foods and Antioxidants. Her interest in healthy minds and healthy bodies began during her undergraduate work at Louisiana Tech University. Theresa grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana and enjoys reading, cooking, watching movies, and being outdoors.
