About the Author

Jason Stone grew up in a poor, steel city in Southwestern, Ohio. He came from a lower, middle-class family. He was one of three Valedictorian's (tied) in his graduating class of 2,000 students in High School. He was selected by Tulane University to represent the school in their Junior Year Abroad Program, but he had to resign two months before he sailed to England because his Father had lost his job due to President Nixon's new work rules for elderly employees. Jason Stone applied to Tulane Medical School and was accepted without a college degree and only 2 1/2 years of college. He did very well at Tulane Medical School, excelling in Surgery, and graduating in 4 years. Dr. Stone did his Residency at the University of Texas, Houston, and excelled in Surgery. His wife became pregnant for the third time, but aborted at 3 months later, so he decided to pursue a private practice in Surgery. Dr. Stone did very well in Surgery, but he wanted to spend more time with his two daughters (his wife aborted the third child). Dr. Stone moved to New Orleans; bought a nice home; worked in the ER at Tulane's Charity Hospital; and spends all his free time with his two girls. Eventually, he retired in December 2017. He now spends his free time with the girls; his English Bulldog, "Lulu"; and writes in his spare time. He has published over 49 Peer Review Articles in Medical Journals and Textbooks and has lectured all over the world regarding the Nutritional Management of Malnourished Patients.
