About the Book

Love & Beyond explores the author’s spiritual journey over the last 4 years as a follow up to Looking Inwards. Specifically, the book visits Universal Love & detachment as an end-goal of spiritual evolution and the divinity beyond that. The book draws gently from Vedanta and other holy books but focuses more on what experiences the author has gone through emotionally, intellectually and supra-mentally. In that sense, the book is not overly influenced directly from ancient thoughts but more in terms of direct experience and reflections on that. The author is very family-oriented and has dedicated a section to reflections on family life. In a final assorted section, he finally touches on random topics which have occupied his mind-space over the last few years. The author believes that readers will be particular interested in poems discussing Brahman, Shiv-Shakti & other realizations. He thanks profusely his Gurudev for helping him on his journey and references to him can be found dispersed through the book. The author values his family-life greatly and has written extensively about his wife and sons. He hopes that readers will be motivated into thinking about these topics and advancing themselves on their own paths of life. He also hopes that poetry lovers will read further and/or write further about their own reflections on these subjects.
