Going to school can be an adventure, whether it is childcare, preschool, or school. How we get there is only limited by our imaginations!

In this delightful tale, little ones are invited to travel to school in a variety of ways. Should they soar in a balloon in the blue sky? Float on a boat or ride in a truck? Waddle in on a duck or fly in a plane? There are so many ways. Let’s close our eyes and go!

How Did You Go to School Today? is a colorful story for children that encourages them to use their imagination to travel to their unique learning environment, wherever that may be.

About the Author

Gail Fleming has spent over thirty years educating young children at schools such as Head Start, Montessori, and her own, Little Friend's Preschool. Every job she has ever had, whether baker, tailor, or candlestick maker, prepared her to teach a lesson to children.
Gail attended Northern Illinois University, majoring in English. Born in Ottawa, Illinois in 1951, she had an amazing childhood, attending a small country school and exploring her natural surroundings. She currently lives in a cozy little house in the small town of Tipton, Iowa, where she crafts, reads, gardens, and writes and illustrates children's books.
