Shaggy is visiting his cousin, Stella, for the weekend. Shaggy declares he’s going to make all the rules for anything they play. When Shaggy and Stella play circus, Shaggy is the ring master, the lion tamer, and the trapeze artist. Stella is the clown. Stella isn’t happy about Shaggy’s energetic assertiveness and being a bossy, rascal cousin.
In this picture book for children, Stella eventually finds her voice, and she discovers Shaggy is fun to play with after all. Shaggy and Stella bond not only as cousins but as friends, too. They can’t wait for another fun weekend together.
