About the Book
With humor and candor, the author revisits playgrounds and classrooms where bullies left their marks, the family kitchens where love mended wounds, and the quiet victories that defined his path. Along the way, he asks the questions we’ve all pondered: why are people cruel? Can a bully change? And how do we heal?
About the Author
The author is an adult health nurse practitioner, and Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist. His passions include mentorship, consultation and professional development to his colleagues and peers as well as the ongoing discovery of evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes, and to advance the state of knowledge for fellow APs. He would impress upon all of us, that good communication depends on good connections. Along with his devotion to oncology nursing and his transformational leadership interests in his colleagues, he is an artist and author. His first book, Platyoceandanthes Amabilisum (Streams of Consciousness in a Sea of being), encourages us to stay childlike with our dreams and vision and to self-reflect often, to stay true to ourselves. His second book of non-fiction stays somewhat playful, in its writing style, but dives deeper into the lifelong effects of being bullied and of surviving!
